FOUNDERS
The founders and owners of Maharlika Staffing Professionals (MSP) are spouses, Brenda and John Walsh.
The ascending shortage of nurses and other healthcare professionals in the United States, and the knowledge and familiarity of the Philippine culture along with the combined skills, experiences, education and expertise shared by the Walsh’s, inspired them to respond to the need, to engage in the health care staffing.
BRENDA WALSH
Brenda is a graduate of Electronics degree in the Philippines. She is also a graduate of Business Management: Healthcare Practice at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill Massachusetts.
Brenda is currently employed in a nursing home in New Hampshire for 11 years where she sees the need of the healthcare industry on a day-to-day basis. She has eighteen (18) years of experience as a Recruitment Officer in the Philippines working directly for a recruitment and placement agency based in New Jersey, providing healthcare and non-healthcare workers for employers in the United States and Saipan, CNMI.
Brenda also had a five-year experience working as a School Administrator of a Practical Nursing School in Manila, Philippines, with its curriculum and programs designed to qualify the required credentials for its graduates to work in the United States.
She was also working as an Adjunct Administrative Assistant at its partner school based in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines to oversee its operations for two (2) years.
JOHN WALSH
John Walsh is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) graduate of Merrimack College in Massachusetts. He served as a Senior Credit Analyst for a two-billion-dollar company for the past twenty-seven years for all New England States with a portfolio of $70M, and was responsible for reviewing customer financials, scheduling visits with customers, and making recommendations for improving sales, cash flow and profitability.
